ENCOUNTERED PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS Failures during transportation from factory to testing laboratory Nearby laboratories will shorten the testing time and certification period Factory inspection process : more often and accurate Flexibility to change the raw materials of PV module for the manufacturers Special climatic conditions for Turkey thus additional test and certification procedure 13/18 7. CONCLUSIONS Regulations and standards need to be stable Accredited laboratories and certification bodies are necessary Local certification and testing institutions are a background for high quality modules Nongovernmental organizations have critical status Additional incentives should be benefitable Domestic production of PV components are mandatory Production survaillance needs to be accurate More detailed and composite certification scheme is necessary for Turkish Region including additional tests and survaillance 17/18 18/18 THANKS FOR YOUR ATTENTION…
