CPR Uygulamaları Dario Giordani MKT_D&I_DG_Oct_2015 Dario Giordani 1983 yılında Politecnico Of Milan Üniversitesi’nden mezun olan Dario Giordani 1995 yılından beri kablo sektöründe yer almaktadır. Nexans Firması’nda Avrupa Ürün Müdürü olarak çalışmaktadır. 2001 den 2011 yılına kadar Europacable CPD Grup üyeliği, 2006- 2011 yılları arasında ECBL Komünikasyon Grubu ve Bilim Takımında başkanlık görevini üstlenmiştir. Yönlendirmeleri sayesinde Safety-during-fire.com projesi ve Lund Üniversitesi ile birlikte Kaçış Simülasyonu Araştırma Projesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Dario, 2009-2011 yılları arasında EFA’de(Avrupa Yangın Akademisi) Europacable ‘ı temsil etmiştir. İtalya Kablo Üreticileri Derneği’nde CPD/CPR konularında Nexans Firması’nı temsil etmektedir. Europacable yönetiminin CPR çalışma grubu düzenleyicisidir. 23 October 2015 2 Özet Sunum amacı: Ortak konuların değerlendirilmesi CPR Uygulamalarının kurallarının tekrarı CPR yapı ürünlerinin yangın performansını ifade etmek için yeni ve zorunlu bir dildir .Kablolar kapsam içerisindedir. Kullanıcılar CE markalaması gerekli kablolar için şeffaf ve güvenilir; geliştirilmiş bir performans seviyesi temin eder. CPR, piyasa gözetimini daha etkin hale getirilmesiiçin tedarik zincirindeki tüm üyeleri içerecek şekilde yeni bir sorumluluk tanımı sunar. Bu uyumluluk sadece yangın performansını kapsar. Diğer özelliklerde değişiklik getirmez. Eski ve yeni performanslar karşılaştırılamaz. Bir binaya veya diğer yapılara sabit kurulu tüm -konut, ticari veya endüstriyel- kablolar CPR kapsamındadır. Fiber optik veya metal iletkenli tüm haberleşme kabloları ve beyan gerilimi fark etmeksizin güç kabloları bu kapsam içine girmektedir. Fire Resistant cables will be treated later 23 October 2015 5 Scope of the CPR Euroclassification of cables Euroclassification and Mandate to prepare harmonized European Standards – The European Classification of cables was published on the OJEU in October 2006. In May 2009 the EC gave Mandate (M443) to CENELEC to prepare the harmonized European Standard (hEN) on Reaction to Fire. The EN50575:2014 on Reaction to Fire have been published by CENELEC in 2014 and listed on the OJEU on 10th of July for application 1st December 2015. Rection to fire (2006/751/EC) - The cables will be grouped in 7 Classes, ACA, B1CA, B2CA, CCA, DCA, ECA and FCA (?). Their contribution to fire, measured by heat release and flame spread, is the main classification criteria, but the emissions of smoke and its acidity and flaming droplets are considered as additional classification criteria.
