Our primary focus is to reduce youth crime in Cumbria by using interventions that work to change behaviour. You will be expected to make a significant contribution to the development of services to young offenders, their families, victims of crime and the local community and will have responsibility for promoting access to education. Applicants should possess a knowledge of education law and other child centred legislation, experience of working in/with schools, children and families and within an inter agency framework. We require a skilled and enthusiastic practitioner who will contribute to the assessment and management of a complex caseload and who enjoys the challenge of working in a multi-disciplinary setting.
