As of 31 December 2014 and 31 December 2013, the Company does not have any doubtful receivables arising due from related parties. Director’s remuneration and defined contribution/benefit plan As of 31 December 2014, the total amount of benefits and salaries provided to the executive members of the Company management are as TRY 20.775.197 (31 December 2014: TRY 6.612.905). Premiums paid to Social Security Institution amounts to TRY 338.832 (31 December 2013: TRY 131.165). As of 31 December 2014 and 31 December 2013 there has been no retirement payment to the top management. Due to changes in senior management organization in 2014, amounts of salaries and benefits provided to senior management level increased in comparison to previous year. 3
